Q. Are Brogsdale candles made in the USA?
A. Yes, all our scented candles and wax melts are made in beautiful Washington, NJ.
Q. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A. Right now we do not have a minimum dollar amount. However, all our jar candles and wax melt are sold in bulk by the case. Each case contains 12 candles of the same scent. This is the only requirement.
Q. Do you ship outside of the USA?
A. No. Currently we only ship within the USA.
Q. Can I arrange a shipping carrier for pick up?
A. No. We only use our shippers. We use USPS, FedEx or UPS
Q. What are Brogsdale Candles made of?
A. All our jar candles and wax melts are made with high quality soy blend waxes and fragrance oil.
Q. What happens if my candles are damage during shipping?
A. We will replace any damage item for free. We will also cover the shipping cost for any damage item. We do require you to send us a picture of your damage item before returning. Send us an email to BrogsdaleCandles@gmail.com. Please include your order number. Please make subject of email “Damage”
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Right now, we do not accept returns on wholesale products.
Q. I do not see a fragrance that I am looking for
A. At Brogsdale candles we strive to bring our customers the best service, scented candles and wax melts possible. If you are looking for a particular fragrance and do not see it on our website, just contact us or send us an email at BrogsdaleCandles@gmail.com with the fragrance you’re looking for. We just might add your fragrance choice to the site.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time that we receive it. However large orders of 10 or more cases may take up to7-14 days. If your order is time sensitive, please keep this in mind and let us know in the comment section when placing your order.
